Sushi Junai 2

**Update four days later** - Found that they charged me more than on the signed receipt. Good thing I took a photo. ---------------- Didn’t start receiving my food until everyone was done eating. The wait staff didn’t check on us until at least 40mins in. Everyone else received their order except for two of us. We patiently waited. When they checked on us at the 40min mark I asked if my order went through. Five minutes later our waiter came back, lied, and said “it’ll be a little longer.” Fifteen minutes later we get our first roll. Then we wait another ten minutes for the next two. At that point I told them cancel my the rest of my order. Everyone was done eating and it had been over an hour. I bit my tongue because it was a friend’s birthday dinner and I didn’t want it to be awkward. No apologies from the staff. Not a single “I’m sorry” from the three staff members I talked to. I should have just refused to pay. I was so upset at the way they handled it. Just paid for what I got, put it in a to-go container and then ate it when I got home. The sushi was very weirdly sweet. A California HEB sushi roll is better than either of the rolls I ended up with. Won’t go again.

Everything was great.

Real clean restaurant. The food is always fresh, service is quick. Only ever had their AYCE and for $25 it does not disappoint.
