None of the fish tasted right. The Hi Roll was inedible. The miso soup, green mussels, and ‘salmon eggs’ (known as Ikura, but not so-named on the menu) were great. Honestly, we’re still burping up what we could eat. The service was slow at times, but friendly and I never ran out of beverages. Again, Fort Collins needs to step up its food game. It’s as if restaurateurs have FOH down, but comparable BOH is either neglected or inaccessible. So disappointed.
Amazing atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious sushi! Loved every part from the welcoming waitress to beautifully prepared sushi rolls. Best in Fort Collins!!!
Gina is AMAZING. Wonderful service, excellent quality. Cannot recommend enough! Dietary restrictions: I was gluten free and they had a special menu ready for me.
The is a very good sushi restaurant in FC. They have some great prices at lunch. The most expensive item at lunch is $15. The service staff was excellent and very friendly.
Amazing food, amazing service, and an amazing location right in old town. I highly suggest coming here when you come to Fort Collins!
Amazing fresh food with friendly service with a great atmosphere!
A huge shout out to our waitress who took the time to talk about different dishes we might like and answer questions about the ones we were unfamiliar with. She was very kind and genuine. My parents had the bibimbap and tempura udon. They were fantastic. I had tonkotsu ramen. Its hard to find ramen with yummy broth AND quality noodles. Next time I visit I'm hoping to go back and try the sushi, but I might be tempted by the ramen again! For 3 people (no drinks, no appetizers, and not including tip) the total was less than $60.
Fantastic food, great service! Best sushi in Fort Collins!
We had a large family and had an absolutely amazing time. Food was fresh and service was magnificant. Sushi Jeju is our favorite place in Fort Collins! A place all people visiting northern Colorado should dine at! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-friendly menu! Parking: Easy access and many spots in downtown Fort Collins. Kid-friendliness: Great, welcoming atmosphere! Wheelchair accessibility: We had someone with crutches and they were able to maneuver the entire restaurant.
