Sushi in the Box

Excellent special lunch box , good food and price.

I was pleasantly surprised ordering a bento box and a couple rolls from Sushi in the Box at the food court near 99 Ranch. The prices are pretty good and the food was tasty and fresh. I noticed the bento boxes had a few extras you might expect if you were at a restaurant. And it came with a Hi-chew candy, which my kid stole from me.

Definitely worth coming here for the value. The food is pretty good too. It’s in a small food court with lots of other Asian food establishments. I got a bento box with the mixed tempura and the tempura was nice and crunchy if that’s your preference. However, the mixed tempura comprised of only shrimp and sweet potato. I’m out a fan of sweet potato. I wish they offered other tempura like onion, zucchini or broccoli. The chicken cutlet was good, but if you don’t like the sauce to be on the cutlet, just let them know. I liked it the way it came There’s a special on the sushi where if you buy certain rolls you can buy other ones for half off. Not a bad deal.

New Location is Amazing!!

It is a long time family restaurant. They moved from temple city to Arcadia recently. They have good reputation for fresh tasty food for reasonable price.

so affordable for what you get, and pretty good quality. if you just go and order you will have to wait- i waited about 25 mins. if you don’t want that call ahead.
