Food is super good dine in and taken out. The rolls are fresh and taste amazing, the miso soup has a good balance of flavour, and good amount was given. Definitely will be a regular go to place

I looked at the menu online and made an order, they diddnt tell how much it would cost. Then when I picked up to my shock it was almost twice as much as the online pricing. DO NOT LOOK AT THE MENU ONLINE. They did not refund me and told me it’s my fault for looking online and they have an out dated pricing. They said I should just leave a bad review instead of refunding me.

We used to be regular customers here but our last visit was terrible. We ordered a Sashimi Bento box and mixed sashimi plate. Except for the Salmon the fish was inedible. It was fishy, cold and odiferous and little care was taken in preparation presentation or delivery to our table. I discussed with server and retort was " I am sorry". We also noted that there seemed to fewer Sushi chefs and less customers over a lunch hour. I wonder if there has been a change in ownership management. We will not be back.

I had the worst experience in my life. I was with my friend and after eating California roll my friend and i have the worst stomach pain ever . Don’t waste your time and money here. There’s terrible service and poor quality food !

As usual, Chirashi don is awesome! it's definetly a must-try item.

When we came we weren’t welcomed with friendly atmosphere. First of all the staff were so rude. After our dinner we are together with my friend felt so bad and we poisoned ourselves. And also the waitress didn’t give us the receipt. We are so unhappy with this place….

We sat down, given menus and ignored for 15 minutes! People that came in after us got served before us! We walked out and went 1 minute up the road to TSUKI SUSHI they were awesome with customer service from the moment you walked in! Fuk sushi den!

I had udon with tempura, rolls and sushi It's really a great experience in the restaurant if you don't have to wait. It's a busy restaurant at a great location. Try the rolls that are only 3 dollars Edit - I went there again and had terrible food with minimal effort to even put all sushi rolls in different plates. Thank God it wasn't for someone vegan along with me otherwise it could've gone really bad. My avocado roll, chicken teriyaki roll and veggie roll all in one plate and wasn't even rolled well. NEVER RETURNING HERE ! Vegetarian options: Rolls, udon, tempura, etc you can have if you're a vegetarian.

Prices are quite good. Good miso soup. The problem is this server. She initially told us they had no high chair when we got there- then ended up bringing one once she saw we decided to stay. Not sure if she actually didn’t know they had one but it seemed like she had been working there a long time. Basically this server served us extremely begrudgingly and rudely the entire time. I normally don’t leave reviews but she rolled her eyes at the end of every remark. I am not joking. Actually, she didn’t even bring us tea until we ordered! We asked for some water or tea and she said do you know what you want? She also didn’t grab us menus until we asked. They had three servers working and weren’t very busy. Then at the first drop of food from my baby she rushes over and starts picking it up. She literally said to my baby’s face (1 year old- he was whiny but i was tending to him as best I could) “baby why are you crying so much?” And not in a sympathetic way. This is literally the first time I’ve ever experienced such horrendous service with a child. I am telling you neither my friend nor I did anything to provoke this and as someone who has been in the food service myself we just understand and accommodate for children and babies. It’s called LIFE. I was sooo shocked to say the least from this Korean server. She was only apologetic when I said in Korean myself- we will be sure to clean up ourselves afterwards” when she came back again to clean the floor up around my baby- like what? Let people finish their meal… I got my friend to pay while I packed up our food and left. It wasn’t even that busy she was just so rude and hostile towards my child and us. Not sure if it’s her specifically but clearly not friendly towards children, families and kids.

A small local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! Definitely a go-to place for sushi when you are in vancouver .
