Sushi Cushi

Great place for sushi, a little over priced depending what your ordering. The nigiri is served on a form of thinly sliced cabbage which ive never bad but is an amazing combo! Everything else is made fresh, service is great and food comes fast. Some of the menu items have weird names like “Shut Up Salmon” youll need to ask what it all entails. Would definitely eat here again! Vegetarian options: Lots of options Parking: Parking is very easy

Used to be a 5 star rating, but their new menu doesn't really have the same special and delicious items. The restaurant is very cramped and loud, so the atmosphere isn't enjoyable.

Was going to sushi cushi for over a decade. Since the owners have changed, the food has increasingly gotten worse. On my last visit, I spent over $80 on ten rolls. My family ended up leaving hungry, disappointed from the size of the food and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, will not go again until there are new owners who will bring back the Sushi Cushi taste and style prior to the current owners. Not recommend to go to this place. Keep your money for other places which respect their customers and their reputation. This place definitely not worth it anymore

Have been going to Sushi Cushi for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with them prior to about two years ago when their owners changed. The rice became dry, the sushi fell apart, the sushi came out cold and the quantity became a lot smaller with the quality being overall a zero. The pieces of sushi per roll were slimmer than the size of a pinky finger and the amount of filling inside the sushi decreased to nearly nothing other than rice. We were devoted to Sushi Cushi and refused to go elsewhere for over a decade because their sushi were phenominal, the price was reasonable and the experience was overall amazing. We always order about 10 rolls for the family and that was always enough to the extent of taking home leftovers. In the past two years, it has come to the attention that the rolls became smaller and the prices were insane for the little amount we received for those same exact rolls. This has come to the extent that when we once left full over the top, we now leave hungry with the exact same rolls we always come to get, for now an unreasonable price and overall now distasteful and aweful experience.

Great food/price ratio

I’ve been to Sushi Cushi for about 2-3 times in the past and have had no issues but last Easter Sunday I unfortunately caught food poisoning from eating here. It was a few hours right after dinner time, when I started feeling funky, I’m not going to list what I had but I experienced majority of the food poisoning symptoms. The atmosphere was still as calm/relaxing, the service was fast, the food quality definitely was not as “excellent” compared to before but still good don’t get me wrong. It was such an unfortunate experience for me and I hope this won’t ever happen to anyone else.

Definitely not recommended. Small peaces , cold rice, overpriced for quality. Joke …

Sushi cushi is my go to for a la carte sushi. Service is quick and friendly. The food is consistently great. Sexy salmon, sun tan salmon and takoyaki are my favourites!
