Flawless. I was the patron in the late 90s but haven't been here in about 15 years. It's as good as I remember. The restaurant is cozy and has little romantic pockets where you could snuggle up to a date. The decor and cleanliness is also exceptional. There is a space for larger groups in the back. The service was also a exceptional. Helen, was a perfect host and made pleasant conversation while not intruding. She had that balance of being welcoming and also grateful that you're here to experience her restaurant. The menu is extensive and, fortunately for me, offered lots of options for my dietary restrictions. I don't need soy sauce, so the chef gave me a ramekin of spicy mayo. I had the Decatur roll, Salmon skin roll and a couple pieces of mackerel. For me, sushi is one of those things that you want to feel like everything has been handled with extra attention to detail, it's all fresh, and you'll never have a problem. That really comes across here. I thought that after 25 years, I had just romanticized how good this place is. It really is exceptional. Dietary restrictions: It is easy to have a gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free meal here with a little attention to detail. I avoid soy sauce, so I don't know if they have gluten-free soy sauce. Instead, I have spicy mayo.

Great service and dining at this long time Decatur staple. Choices for everyone, beautiful presentation, and fast service. If you are looking for authentic Japanese dishes or to try something new, visit now. Vegetarian options: So.many.vegetarian.choices. Tofu in several different styles. Vegetable nigiri, avocado tempura, cucumber/avocado roll, etc., etc.

One of the best sushi spots in Atlanta. Quality fish and rolls, great friendly service with a smile. Quick service since it’s such a small spot. And they have gluten free options! Yay! Kid-friendliness: They were also accommodating for our child’s birthday party even arriving an hour prior to their lunch break
