In short: bad vibes and just the closest thing we have to “fast food sushi” don’t Be surprised if you are treated like a subordinate by the owner/“operations manager”. My experience after being a loyal customer since they opened: I don’t typically do this. But as a mommy I will always go to war for my kiddos. I will always protect them physically, mentally and emotionally. The owner/ “operations manager” to Sus Hi Eatstation has always treated me and my children as if we didn’t belong and are a burden. I hate it here is an understatement…but my kids have gotten in the habit of eating here when we visit HOTBINS , we always get this fast food sushi after our adventure there.. I warned them we were going to have some sort of issue because we always do but we typically swallow the disrespectful, maltreatment. My children witnessed the phone call de to missing items in my order, because I had it on speaker. In my head, it was easy to say “that lady is miserable, I’m not surprised” and “that’s the last strike. This is the last time we eat here” and simply move on but when my children expressed their thoughts and feeling onwhat they had just heard and witnessed - things shifted for me. it was clear that it had a detrimental effect on their mental and emotional state. Feeling helpless, I had no choice. I decided to go inside and confront her. Her demeanor shifted dramatically, resembling Hyde on the phone , and then turning into Jekyll when I confronted her in person. As if she was a victim to the situation. I get it-damage control for others inside watching this play out. This all stemmed from my order missing several items, which she refused to remedy, falsely claiming I was being disrespectful on the phone. my frustrated tone wasn’t disrespectful but rightfully frustrated as a (now ex) loyal customer. Initially, when I called- I wasn’t screaming, insulting, or using profanity. My frustration, valid since I’ve often let issues slide, doesn’t excuse her rude and malicious behavior. It doesn’t excuse her nonexistent customer service skills and refusal to rectify . Was I wrong? Video is posted. PS the employees don’t seem to be an issue at all . They appeared totally understanding, apologetic and not surprised one bit. As if this was a normal occurrence.. However, I have never seen the same employee everytime we have gone - so it’s clear that she is not able to retain her employees to her own unethical actions and rude behaviors. This person has no business in the service industry. I will add that this treatment began after I made an order that took an hour to be made, so I didn’t tip. (It was a pick up order and for pick up orders I typically tip cash -anywhere I order for pick up- after receiving my order due to past experiences of tipping before receiving my order only to then regret it due to some issue with my order or due to being treated poorly) Socioeconomic status discrimination is truly at an all-time high. After speaking to a friend about this, who is a lawyer, they explained to me what socioeconomic status discrimination is. I urge anyone and everyone to not support businesses who decide to treat each of their customers differently -according to how they perceive them.

This food is very unique, it’s a lot of fried products and it’s a little expensive but overall it was completely worth it. the restaurant itself was so nice and the food was so fresh. 10/10 recommend

It was a nice quiet little spot. Most people ordered to go not much room for indoor seating more like an internet bar style on the inside. So we ended up taking our food to go, but overall, the food tasted great.
