Surfside Pizza Orange Beach

Don't anyone order from here. They make you pay on the phone even if you are picking it up and they have a line of 20 people in the store all waiting on their pizza in which none has been even started... Nobody here knows what their doing. Basically they make you pay and then they don't make the pizza....

Horrible pizza and wings, came 3.5 hours late, was ice cold. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Amazing service and great tasting pizza! We arrived from out of town and decided on pizza for an easy meal. Being spring break, everything was busy. I wasn't surprised that our order was taking longer than the expected 30 minutes. Back when I was in school I worked at a pizza joint and I know how chaotic it can get with huge surges of customers. So after an hour passed, I thought I would call to check the status of our order. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes and I could just picture the phone lines being slammed with pizza orders. Finally, a very helpful young woman, with a kind (not stressed out) voice, answered and asked what she could do for me. I said I was checking on our order. And she said, "Sure, I can check. What's your name and order number?" After providing those details she said, "OH, oh, hold on." Back on hold. She came back on and said, "I am so, so sorry. I am just going to be honest with you. When we got to your order, we ran out of cheese." I couldn't believe it. I've heard of running out of toppings, but never cheese at a pizza place. I said really? And she said yes I am so, so sorry. We have been slammed tonight. I told her I understood and could only imagine. She offered an incredible offer to take care of us the next day or while we were on vacation. Even though we were hungry and I realized we would have to order elsewhere I agreed. Like I said, back in the day, I've been in this situation where all heck breaks loose and people start losing it. Not here, everyone kept their cool and their service level at a 10 out of 10. All of a sudden, I heard some hooting and hollering in the background and I was told to hold on again. My friendly gal said, I think we are going to still get your pizza to you. I said really? She said yep, we're making a dash for more cheese and we will get it made. She also said they would honor the deal they made for us and still deliver the pizza for us for free for the hassle. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Surfside Pizza's hustle. Their honesty in leveling with me and their commitment to getting the job done blew me away. I am so thankful for small businesses like this. These are the people that keep America running. A positive attitude and a get r done mindset is the heartbeat of every successful small business. Surfside Pizza hits it out of the park. Oh, and how was the pizza? One of the best I've ever had! Fantastic thin crust. Fresh toppings, perfect golden tan on the cheese. Every bite was a memory I won't soon forget.

Appreciated online ordering, didn’t appreciate getting to the last screen to find out they charge 3.25% to use a credit card. They initially completely forgot to make the wings we ordered so we had to wait for those, but I appreciated the way they expedited it when they realized they were missing. Traveling with kids with food allergies so I was excited to see gluten free pizza as an option. My son is allergic to dairy so we ordered a “heavy” pepperoni pizza with no cheese. There was barely any sauce, “heavy” pepperoni had 1-2 pieces on a slice, it looked burnt, but worst of all was the hair we found on three completely different pieces of pizza. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible staff and horrible service. We ordered delivery from here at a hotel not far from their Orange Beach location and our pizza arrived two hours late. We ordered a pizza using their online delivery service at 7:20 and was told it would be delivered by 8:30. We called at 8:35 for an update and the lady on the phone said the driver was on their way so we continued waiting. We called again around 9 and the man that answered also said the driver was on their way and that he left around 8:58. This is ridiculous that not only did the workers lie to us when we asked for updates but they also took two hours to get our food. And when the pizza arrived it was room temperature at best. It’s pizza and the location is less than .5 mile away from our hotel. Never order delivery from this place again. Horrible staff and horrible service.

I reach the place looking for something else, the atmosphere that I saw like me and stop to received a nice service and good food. Parking: Direct acces to parking lot, enough lots available

Very clean and great staff. Pizza was okay, not a lot of flavor but definitely overpriced for what you get.

Tasty thin crust and a short wait.
