“Loaded breakfast burrito” was not loaded, the entire thing was for sure microwaved and just overall a bad burrito and paired with the Costco salsa they served this is an item to avoid also the $12 price tag doesn’t help, recommend either Lalo’s on Thompson or getting some frozen breakfast burritos from Costco, to the restaurant recommended and air fryer, toaster oven or a hot plate, the microwave is not the move

This is a review from a long time Ventura surfer.I wanted to get a cup of coffee and something lite to eat.I purchased a medium roast and a coffee cake cup cake top notch friendly staff area to sit inside is pleasant and comfy.I will definitely be back

Not really anything good about this place, the sandwich was really bad, the place was almost totally empty the whole time we were there, and there is no mirror in the bathroom, I'm assuming so you can't see the look of disappointment on your own face. It's a shame they have such a good location but it really lacks everything.

Hated this place. Expensive for a sandwich I can make or get cheaper at subway. Also charge for a refill. Won’t come here again.

We've been here a few times now. The food and beverage is fantastic! Everything tastes so fresh. Great service! We will definitely be going back.

This place was great. I debunked some of the negative: I used my reuseable cup for the piping hot espresso. Had delicious avocado toast on sourdough and got some excellent recommendations from the staff about what to do for NYE. My only gripe is that my latte was too hot. Vegetarian options: Avocado toast was two large slices (splittable) and delicious. Avocado covered the entire bread surface!

A very cool little place. The soups are fantastic, and the coffee selection is great. The staff are the best, friendly and coastal cool. Next time we come up here, we will be back.
