Excuse the name/pic this is the wife’s review: Came in from oot and bought this cake for my Birthday. Best cake I’ve had in years! I got the Vanilla with Strawberry filling, and strawberries around the top, and oh my goodness.. so fresh, moist and just so good! I ordered the 10” cake and it was huge!! For the price it’s worth every penny. The buttercream is perfect, not too sweet but just right. I will definitely be ordering again on my next visit. Thank you for the experience!

Whoever got rid of the cake donut that was a bad idea.

OMG I was at the one in Optimus Hall, North Carolina. I can’t believe how awesome, delicious, “sabroso” the chocolate mousse cake was‼️That cake just melted in my mouth. We also tried the coconut cake which was delicious, the morning bun yummy, but that chocolate mousse cake I just cannot tell you how wonderful it was‼️‼️ The food looked terrific and smelt great…. Horrible customer service experience! This was my 5th order of cake with them and I have had no issues with preorder placement and payment. This time when the lady called me, i had poor phone connection and couldn’t pay over phone. Instead of giving me a reminder call, when I called to pay they said they have no availability now. I never even got a cancellation email. When they allow only preorder cake order then why can’t they give a link for payment ? Who does business this ways ? The man who took my call was equally unhelpful basically straight up saying that they can’t do anything and i should have read the fine print ! This led me to scramble and try to find another cake 6 days before the party when my kid selected his cake and stripes color etc with so much excitement. I am very disappointed with the way they spoke over phone to me and handled the situation. If a customer is going to go through the designs and put in time to fill out the entire form then at least have the decency to follow up and update them. You cannot assume that people read all the text, if you want a good experience, give options to people and hire good and kind people to deal with customers. You can have good chefs but if the service staff is rude then that’s no excuse. The design options that they offer are not even that complicated. They have surely lost my business. Don’t waste time at their place, goto Amelie’s or Vallanis for amazing desserts and maybe to local publix for custom cakes. Will save a lot of headache.

Service leaves much to be desired. I shopped there for almost 10 years - recently, they've refused to bag my order after they give it to me. For example, today, they just left my red velvet cupcakes on the counter, no bag, for me to pick up. Come for the sweets, stay for the discrimination.
