Sura Korean Bistro & All You Can Eat BBQ of Dallas

I have to say the customer service here is awesome. Always asking us if we needed anything. Now you might think its pricey but it's not!!! My family and I loved it... If your a meat eater it's for you... great atmosphere . They kept trying to feed us...

The first time, my family and I went to eat Korean food in general. No regrets! The waiters were very attentive and kind, and the food was delicious! When arriving there, we were not sure what to do, and the waiters helped us out every step of the way! Would 100% recommend it to others! Although the place is a bit chilly, bring a sweater just in case you get a bit chilly! Ps: we went to the Korean BBQ upstairs

We originally were planning on going to Gen’s BBQ in Carrollton however it was super packed and was way too loud so we decided to try this gem and it was AMAZING!!! The waitresses were very attentive and the place is super low key and not loud, it was more chill and they were more spaced out than Gen’s. They have packages which include all the appetizers with all you can eat buffet. All of our appetizers came out hot which is a plus. Would recommend to anyone wanting to go. Only thing is they get you with the drinks

Food is good, but misleading when their all you can eat menu restricts some meats to only 1 order per person (AYCE but 1 time only). Service was good when the manager (I believe) was by our table. We had the whole menu explained to us by 3 different people, and felt very unnecessary. They close at 10pm and we started eating around 8:30. Once it was 9-9:30, service quality declined. When we wanted to order more, we were questioned if we could finish it constantly. And when 9:30 hit, we were the last customers and pressured by staff to leave. Waiter says “as you can see all the other customers have left so we are waiting for you to finish so we can go home.” Not a great feeling being rushed out when the first question out of my mouth was when they closed. Probably not gonna come back, but if you do, get the manager to serve you. *RESPONSE TO SURA* I asked when I came in at 7:30 when everything closed and we were told last call wasn’t until 9:30. We sat and ordered, but food didn’t come out until 8:30. Letting people know when the BBQ area closes instead of when the whole restaurant closes should be clarified and posted in the hours of operation.

The food here is Delicious! The portions are really generous and the staff are really nice. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting town, you won’t regret it

My favorite is the doenjang jiggae! My girlfriend lived in South Korea for 7 adult years and she agrees it’s the best doenjang jiggae and also kimchi jiggae she’s had in Texas. Galbi and bulgogi are safe bets for first time Korean foodies and we love the rotating banchan (side dishes that accompany the meal). Must visit!
