Super Chix

* Customer Service- Pleasant * Ambiance- Clean...Extremely busy but it was a Sunday around midday and I'm assuming that these were church members from the mega church across the street. * Wait time- 15 minutes * Food- Sighs... it was sooooo BLAND. I had the "Deluxe" chicken sandwich and both the fries and sandwich had no flavor. Disappointed, especially when it was $25.00. Food was fresh just tasteless. * Would I return- NO

(English / Español) I went to Super Chix to try their fried avocado sandwich: a small avocado, stuffed with cheese, breaded and fried; which they then dip in a garlic aioli sauce and place on a slice of tomato; all that inside a bun. I recommend eating the fried avocado only with the tomato; this way you can appreciate the creaminess of the avocado and the fried topping much better. // Fui a Super Chix a probar su sánguche de palta frita: una palta pequeña, rellena con queso, empanizada y frita; que luego bañan en una salsa alioli de ajo y colocan sobre una rodaja de tomate; todo eso dentro de un pan. Recomiendo comer la palta frita solo con el tomate; así se aprecia mucho mejor la cremosidad de la palta y la cobertura frita.

10 out of 10 recommend SUPER CHIX for every chicken craving! Not to mention the fries and custard just to add the full flavor explosion!

10/10 best chicken, service, and atmosphere ever! Outside seating it great. Food is always fresh and workers are friendly and attentive.

*As this was "to be" my first time experiencing Super Chix, it was pretty unfortunate. I say "to be" because my experience was never completed. There was a lady answering phones and responded "yes" to my question of, "Are you doing carryout orders?" I was on hold for roughly 21 minutes, I hung up, waited 5 minutes and called back. Same person answered and immediately put me on hold. When she picked up 6 minutes later (totaling between 1st and 2nd call I've been on hold 27 minutes), she hung up on me. She said hello and I responded however, she proceeded to hang up. When a different employee called from our same office (same phone number), she hung up without even trying to proceed to take our order. I do understand this crisis we're in and everyone is busy and adjusting to the new guidelines they're having to follow. This employee never apologized and did not make me feel appreciated to call them, out all my choices this large city has to offer. As my "was to be" first experience, this definitely was at the top of my horrific experience with a restaurant and it will be quite sometime before I try, if, I attempt this place again. *Wasn't allowed to give less than 1 star.*

10.04.2019Shared lunch today with my BFF. Service was excellent, food was excellent. Food was delivered quickly; seasonings were just right amount.Considering this is opening day, amazing howall aspects of the restaurant ran without ahiccup.Will definitely go back again...and again.
