Why wouldn't you give this place a 5 star. This place is great and the atmosphere and staff are awesome

A small mom and pop cafe with delicious paninis. Yelp has rated them as #3 in the top 100 places to eat in the US. The Works for breakfast/brunch has eggs, bacon, smashed avocado and cheese on sourdough. My Arnold Palmer had fresh lemonade and large lemon pieces. Everything was delicious.

Saw an article rating this as the 3rd best place to eat in the entire US based according to Yelp. Was delighted with everything! Food was amazing, service was great. There was no table service, which we prefer, bit the excellent Panini made up for it.

Charming atmosphere, orange juice is made to order but Eggs are NOT made to order. Other than that, wonderful!

Cute and small mom n pop sandwich and breakfast spot. They were number 3 in the US on yelps top 100, and happened to be in my neighborhood, so i stopped by for their famous Works sandwich, which came out to a lil over $17 after tax. Overall, it was simple — good ingredients combined to make a simple and flavorful meal. The rosemary on the bread was nice. I will have the other half later at home with some hot sauce though i think that wouldve made it better. I think i’d probably not come again just cuz it was good but nothing too special for me to go out of my way again. Dont get me wrong though it was quite good and their other menu items im sure are delicious. Seating indoors is limited. Service is friendly and quick. Parking is easy.

I was disappointed this morning with my experience. The caramel latte had good flavor but was barely warm. My oatmeal thin and runny, ok flavor but it was a very small amount of oatmeal floating in a lot of milk and it too was barely warm. I was there an hour working on a manuscript and the staff never cleared away the oatmeal bowl or asked how everything was.
