their baked goods are hit or miss on freshness. seems understaffed. I go here specifically for the gluten free baked goods but have enjoyed other gf bakeries in the area more

Went in on a Friday morning and the woman behind the counter was rude while taking our order. Then it took about 20 minutes to receive a breakfast sandwhich that was well below average quality. I would not go back here.

It’s a decent coffee place with good food and pastries but the service can be lacking. They really struggle during rush hours. I’ve seen people leave the line because of how slow they operate during rush hours

I love it , kept the old tradition that was 7 years ago and now the can not expect your hard cash money

The customer service here is very underwhelming. Customer satisfaction can make or break your business. This place won't last long. 1 star
