A great place for a meal with friends, or sit at the bar and meet new friends.
Abraham took care of us! He was awesome!. He sang happy bday to me and even brought us cake. We ordered soups and salads, combos with grilled cheese and sandwiches. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was awesome. We ate outdoors as it was a beautiful day! All the other servers were very nice and helpful too! We will definitely be back!
Our group of gals all had something different and everybody loved their lunch. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Update, February 2024: 4 of us this time and it was nothing like last time a few years ago. Fish and chips were the worst--all soggy and the halibut was poor. The clam chowder and tomato soups were both oversalted and too different from the norm. The half sandwich was on a small bun. It was ok, but not as good as the bread last time. The other 2 entries were meh. Can no longer recommend this place.
Parking definitely a challenge, So in our party we ordered the Pesto Penne, a Lamb burger and waffle with strawberries. Complimentary danishes for delivered to the table. Our server was very friendly and nice. Food with server probably. The lamburger was very good a little too many peppers and onions but great taste, Wheelchair accessibility: Unless you're sitting outside there are stairs that don't accommodate wheelchair
Great breakfast; very accommodating staff; options you wouldn’t normally get at home or at a standard restaurant
Nice place to stop for lunch...about $25-30 for lunch. Excellent French dip and chicken salad. Sweet potato fries were well cooked and tasty. The chicken sandwich was a bit bland. In addition to a small dining area, there is seating in the bar and outside. We would definitely stop by again.
A Culinary Gem in the City! Last night's dinner at sun dried tomato was a delightful experience! From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The menu was a perfect blend of classic dishes and innovative creations. The appetizer, chicken spring rolls, was a revelation - perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. For the main course, rack of lamb, each bite was a burst of flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. Moreover, the wine selection complemented our meal beautifully. The giesen New Zealand Sauv blanc, was a standout and came highly recommended by our knowledgeable server Bailey who’s assistant throughout the meal was outstanding. To top it all off, the dessert, toffee cake, was a sweet end to a perfect evening. It was clear that Sun dried tomato pays attention to every detail, ensuring a memorable dining experience. We left sun dried tomato already planning our next visit. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary journey that I highly recommend to all food lovers out there! Rating: 5/5 Stars
