Made an order, but showed up and another kitchen's worker says they are closed, probably permanently.

Map took us at a point where we couldn’t find the shop even. Tried multiple times with one other friend and could roam front and back of the shops around but no luck so headed to X-Tea.

I loved my drinks and would definitely recommend "Winter Melon Iced Milk". Served with good quality boba and less sugar was right for me. But this place is a little bit difficult to find.

I recommend the tiger iced milk with strawberry and boba it was delicious. They have a lot toppings and varieties. I just wish it was more of customer service instead of just using a machine to pay.

Ordered Suncha Mango Iced Milk Tea with brown sugar honey boba and egg pudding and it was very rich in flavors. I kept the sweetness to 50% and less ice, and it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place.
