Food is okay. The duck is pretty overrated. Char su is very lean and kind of dry. Servers were impatient and did not take the time to explain the menu. It did not feel like my friends and I were welcome there, so I would not personally go back.
I will always be a practitioner of SunWahBBQ as it is delicious.
Run, don't walk to Sun Wah! BUT FIRST, call ahead and order your Peking Duck for tableside service! It's perfect - every time! I've also been to Sun Wah and gotten other meals. Everything is delicious. Service is great. Atmosphere reminds me of the Dim Sum restaurants that dot Chinatown in Manhattan. Take photos of the ducks hanging in the window. I'd post one but I've never taken one...next time for sure!
This place is absolutely amazing. I've been several times and whenever I bring a new guest, they are blown away. I look forward to coming back with another group of friends and family to get the best duck I've ever had.
My friend and I had the Peking Duck dinner, and it was the best dinner I've ever had. The duck was very juicy but the skin was nice and crispy. And then the soup they make with the bones is so refreshing- perfect pair to your meal.
A grea location for authentic Chinese cuisine. Walking in, you can see the kitchen with the barbecued meats hanging on their racks. Personally, I am not a fan of barbecue but luckily their menu includes many non-barbecue options. Below is the Chicken curry. It included chicken and a variety of vegetables. I asked them to not make it as spicy which they easily did. The table had our own spicy pepper oil to customize our spice level. Just small bit really enhances the meal while making it an enjoyable eat. This restaurant has a vast amount of seating and is ADA accessible. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well. Our table did not order it, but the whole duck dinner looked incredible and they cut it at the table.
