Food is a bit dry for the beef rice dish and the lemonade soda was not as good as before, now they use fake juices rather than actual lemon or lime. The vegetables were not fresh, but a bit rotten unfortunately, this place is known for the summer rolls at best. Am disappointment and most likely am over this place. Not a fan of this place as much as before. The food is way over prices when it isn't fresh as before. The parking is free, but the lot is small.

The pork shoulder banh mi is fire. (So is everything else) the ciabatta is the weakest part of the sandwich. I would substitute a French roll or sourdough. Features: Order at the door and wait outside.
