Sullivan's Steakhouse

My steak was so rare it was mooing and it took 30 minutes to get a waiter and both me and my friends steaks were mooing and we asked for medium rare they were both blue rare and about 90$ a person it was bad

Our table tried every appetizer on the menu. They were all fa tastic.

I read a lot of mixed reviews about this place. Well we got a gift card so we decided to have a nice date night out at Sullivans. Well I am impressed! We had quick service on a Friday night at 5:30pm. This was with a reservation and right before the place got super busy!! The staff were all working hard and we got our food all in a timely fashion. We spent about hour and a half there. The live music is loud but it’s live! I enjoyed it! It is like having lively elevator music in your background. There is a large bar area and a good size dining area. We sat in the dining area, the bar is not our scene! We had Beef Wellington Bites and Sweet and Sour Cauliflower were delicious heaven sent!! I kept my plate light and got the steakhouse salad with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The cook on the steak was over. I asked for medium (which was a mistake) I got medium well to well done really…it was still good to eat. I could not get myself to order $72-79 dollar steak. Again we were there because of a gift card I would not go here because it is beyond what I will pay for food. If you want fancy dining, THIS IS IT for Anchorage! With that said go here if that is your thing! You will like it! We used the parking garage and walked the sky bridge! It’s the way to go!! Parking: It’s downtown! So after 6pm you can park free on the street but eh use the garage paid lot. There are street lots too but I just like the garage for more safety all around. Your car and you. Kid-friendliness: My opinion! I would never take kids here! This is way too nice of a place and overly fancy to spoil children with. This is just my opinion!

We came for Valentine's Day, we paid $365 for 4 people. Would have enjoyed the food at Outback more and saved $250. The portions and taste were lacking, customer service was the worst. Our server constantly came to the table and left not refilling our drinks. She was explaining the specials very quickly and expecting us to just know what we want, while involving several choices and they are meant to share. These options should of been on the menu, or a special paper menu, so we would have a chance to understand and make a decision before our server arrived, with pricing. The baked potato and mashed potatoes were small, and not great. The key lime pie and shrimp/lobster bisque were severely underwhelming some of the worst we have ever had. For the money and what you get at Sullivan's, it was incredibly disappointing.

I had an awesome meal at Sullivans. The bartender Lauren was amazing and kind and gave me great suggestions on the menu. I will be back just for the amazing bartender experience and amazing food and drink
