don't focus on the scarp part in their name, you are not being served leftovers but some really creative dishes. The hamburger is legit and so are the nachos. When they have anything with peaches, order that. Peach Caprese sandwich is amazing. Also they make a great vegetarian green chille. Thursday is burger night. burgers change from week to week but they are always good

Unfortunately, I will never be able to try this place because I booked a reservation through OpenTable and called the restaurant to cancel it a couple of hours later and they said they “had to charge me $10 per person” for a late cancellation. No wonder there were so many reservations available at this place on a Friday. I hope your $30 was worth it!

My friend lives in Denver and he goes this place. The food is absolutely amazing.
