There was a girl handing out teriyaki chicken samples. The food took a while but it was incredible. The beef on noodles with vegetables was generous in size and the sauce was just amazing. Like one of the best sauces I ever had. I was really glad to try out this tiny place when my heart wanted panda Express. My partner's sushi rolls that came out weren't the prettiest but he insisted that they were quite good, and he's a sushi lover. Highly recommend this place.
The place is clean, but the service I got from the cashier named Anthony ( He worked on Jan. 27 between 5-5:40pm) is terrible, he either needs to be re trained or hired someone else that will be more customer service oriented. He also needs to be re trained in how food is handle. I wished I could have had the California Roll the employee mentioned aboved prepared, but I did not wanted to get sick. So I will review the food platters which we ate that were prepared by the other coworker. The platters were really good. I ordered the Shrimp platter, and it had plenty of shrimp. It was well balanced and cooked through.
Chicken was full of tendons and skin and the rice was hard…
The food doesn’t take as good as it used to sadly ! Maybe different owners or cooks ? Super fast and good service however
The first time I dined here, the salmon rolls had runny salmon inside But since the shrimp teriyaki was yummy I got some again the second time. I may eventually try other dishes served here. The second time I dined here, a worker who knows some ASL was the one to take my order. I always order by typing out my order on my iPad and showing it but this man knowing some ASL helps a lot
The chicken is terrible! I do not recommend this place. I couldn’t finish this food, I don’t even trust if it’s chicken. It was full of fat. Very bad food.
This place is an insult to Japanese food. Please remove "Japan" from the name, and change your name to Sucky Hana. Their chicken teriyaki tasted horrible. My son and I felt sick afterward. Their table was dirty and had leftover food on it. Their plastic utensils tray had syrup or sauce dripped on the spoons/forks. If you have "Japan" in your name, you should at least offer chopsticks. This place is a joke. The only thing I recommend here is their bottled water.
