Sugo Pasta

Best pasta in town. Glad to had tried Sugo during our short 2 days trip here in Glasgow. Lots of table and the atmosphere is buzzing, but do expect a bit of wait for seats during dinner hour. Service was good.

Very good restaurant a bit busy but it is worth it

Local muy amplio. Con bastante personal y gente dentro. Atención rápida, con variedad de platos no muy abundante pero bueno por si vas con más gente y quieres probar distintas pastas. La entrega de platos en mesa fue muy rápida, comida buena y pasta deliciosa. Calidad- precio muy recomendable

A very busy restaurant. After eating there I can tell why. They make their own pasta fresh every day. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara (no 8) and it was one of the best I've ever had. My wife had Taglionini with Pesto, french beans and potato, which she loved. The pasta had a bit of bite in it, and the guanciale was perfectly cooked. The sauce rich and creamy. Lovely wine to accompany. Perfect! Another place worthy of a 6th star because what they do is simple, so there's no place to hide, and the food was beautiful. One comment, give me a fork and a spoon with carbonara, not a knife and fork.

MASSIVE NOM. good value pasta and massive portions- starters are big and lovely chomping value. we had to wait about 15 mins for a table at half six on a monday, but once we sat down we got served super fast and food arrived fast too! would recommend the ragu it was real nice. big props to the staff- even though it was packed and busy they were still super helpful and didn’t seem too stressed somehow!
