Really good treats!! However.. c’mon!! When buying 6 little dessert items for $40.00, and they flip the screen around and wait for you to apply a tip? For what? Placing the expensive desserts I chose into a box? Im sorry but it is awkward and uncomfortable. Im not a cheap person but tipping isn’t tipping for good service? Placing items in a box? What’s next, tipping the cashier at the grocery store? STOP IT.
Great desserts but management and customer service need some polishing. I buy chocolate puffs for 10 resident physicians at least monthly and without fail something comes up with my order. 1st it's late for pick up x1. Another time I'm called sweetheart and hun by the person ringing up orders. Lastly, I called yesterday to have my order held a day, was told this was ok for next day pickup, confirmed with kitchen. When I picked up today, someone from the kitchen came out to tell me, not to do that again because the puffs are made for the time they are ordered. I explained that if that was their policy I would be happy to respect that but was told it was ok by their team member. He tried to reassure me that it wasn't a big deal just wanted to tell me for next time. Ok well there won't be a next time. Plenty other bakeries to support.
