Let’s start with the waitress. Horrible. No other word to describe her. Chenet was slow, rude and just didn’t care. Both drinks were horrible. We took one sip out of both of them and left the rest on the table..couldn’t ask for replacements because she didn’t come back until she asked for my credit card to pay the bill. Didn’t ask if we needed anything, didn’t ask if the food was good (which is wasn’t because it didn’t have any of the extras we needed because like I said she didn’t come back). They act as if your nothing when you “don’t have a reservation”. Wasn’t busy so no reason for slow service.. but then again I guess Chenet had super important business to attend on her cell phone like we weren’t sitting right there and couldn’t see her. Then someone asked for the manager to see if she could hang a poster up and the lady manager (dark hair glasses) told her we can’t hang things up; okay that’s fine but then before the women even walked away she looked at one of her workers and screamed “was that so hard?” Meaning why couldn’t you tell her this. Like really? So rude. Nasty attitude for a “manager” then the manager asked a trainee if she was trained enough and could she be sent on her own to do.. like seriously? Aren’t you a manager and your running your mouth in front of customers. And on top of it not one not two but THREE tables got tired of waiting and got up and left. Like we should have done. Oh yeah and tell your guests they are gonna be charged an extra $20 for a service tip even if they only get in reality $40 worked of things and have to spend $100. Horrible staff horrible food 0/5 if possible

Did not receive 4 milkshakes after 40 minutes didn't even tell us and so we walked out

Elvis went above and beyond to turn around a what could have ended as a disappointment into a once in a lifetime sweet sixteen birthday experience. His genuine desire for a positive experience for his patrons shines through and he is an asset to the establishment. We would highly recommend the Sugar Factory ice cream/desserts, especially for a birthday celebration, as the staff creates an exciting event that truly makes the experience memorable and fun. The decor also makes a beautiful backdrop to capture treasured moments. This was a night we will always remember and we look forward to returning again soon.

The service and food is a joke.

We had a similar experience to others. Waited too long to have our simple order taken, the order never came after a ridiculous amount of time so we left. We got the kids cookies around the corner instead.

Service is terrible

Food was great, however service could have been better, waiters never came and checked if we needed anything. Also not to mention, on the reservation we had listed that it was someone in my party’s birthday and while we were there we mentioned it multiple times: however, we watched as extravagant candles were brought to tables and they were sung happy birthday but none came to ours. Overall frustrated with the experience.

Utterly awful. Food was poor and arrived 20 mins apart which is ridiculous when 2 people are eating. I had finished before my son’s food arrived. Coffee was tepid at best and no refill offered. Cold inside due to the broken window. To make matters worse they automatically add a 20% service charge which I assume lets them provide such atrocious service. Avoid is my recommendation. Had to give 1 star when zero stars is more appropriate

Thie experience in here I'd the bomb...If you haven't been here you should try it...I find this better than the one in AC... Elivs is very nice and personable...
