Fun environment! Food was very good! Pricey but it was expected. Water was pouring out of the coffee shop across the mall and flooded the restaurant. The staff was very nice and apologetic even though it was completely out of their control.

We originally visited there about 2 years ago and saw on the outside above the door it said they had pizza but we were told after we sat that they discontinued pizza and after we left I noticed I got a large gash on my leg from their chairs , so I immediately notified them that they might want to change out the chairs which they did , they offered us a free meal to us and we went for our free meal and the manager sat us but neglected to tell our server anything about the meal being free and the server was slow and kind of rude. Needless to say we won’t ever go back there or the mall of America again. Please note that this did happen around 2 years ago.

Took my daughter here for her big ✨5 ✨ We made reservations in advance online. She had a blast. When we first arrived, we did wait a few minutes as workers just starred and walked past us. Our reservations was for right when they opened, which was great because it was pretty empty besides the people at the bar. I wasn't too thrilled that we had supposedly came on a day where they weren't offering paper menus because they haven't gotten their new menus in. The menu (QR code) they give you for online doesn't show prices of the food. Plus, no kids menu. No biggie, my daughter loved her color burgers! But 28$ for 5 mini burgers is reaching!! Didn't even come with fries or a drink our waitress was a very nice young man. I believe maybe the owner? Was there too that day, he was also so kind. My daughter had a great experience so a win is a win!

For drinks, the traditional margarita was decent, but cost literally $20. Food, the chicken quesadillas sucked The ambiance, chaotic. They banged kitchen utensils, turned off the lights and shouted to announce birthdays. Leave that to Chuck E Cheese, thanks

We came for my son's birthday, we were running late and they had to give away the table (understably) when we got there the hostess was very accommodating, so nice and worked it out that we could still be seated and had a great time.

Mall of America is suing to evict Sugar Factory and accusing Sugar Factory of owing $2M in rent that dates back to 2018. Lloyd Sugarman is named as the defendant in the filing, with The Sugar Factory allegedly owing a total of $2,011,493 to MOAC Mall Holdings LLC. "Sugar Factory continues to operate in the Mall, earning revenue from sales, without paying MOAC," the lawsuit says. This lawsuit is gaining attention and will be a interesting court case to follow.
