Sugar Factory Chicago-Rosemont

Just came here for my lil mama’s bday with the family. We throughly enjoyed ourselves!!!! This is my baby girl’s favorite spot and Amrita was so nice and took plenty of photos of us. Our food was Amazing! Drinks Amazing! Ambience Amazing. When you come to Sugar Factory you can always expect Perfection!!!

Great customer service

The drinks and dessert were great but the fact that they had a photographer on site taking complimentary photos made it even better!

Service was great but I’m very disappointed over the fact the $23 shake my son was excited to have he couldn’t even eat. He got the Cookie Monster and the cookie was over baked, very hard. The boy who LOVES donuts refused to eat it because he said it tasted “disgusting.” I tried it, the icing tasted like play dough and you could smell it. The cupcake was so dry and over cooked. If I’m paying premium price for toppings they should at least be consumable. The shake it’s self though was nothing special. Food was eeee. Everything is just so over priced. I did contact customer service since my son didn’t even have anything on that shake because they were not edible. This is a fun place, I’ve been to the one in Vegas, just don’t buy the shakes or expect fantastic food. I’m just sad that the experience wasn’t what we expected

I've been trying to go here for a few years now and finally made it to celebrate my adult kids birthdays it was an hour wait, which is not a problem, but nowhere to sit and wait. Finally got a table and it was not big enough for my party we were on top of each other like there was no room to put all of our for and drinks on the table we asked if we can be seated at another take but only option was to give a two tables in two different rooms. Then, have the neve to add 20% gutrity, and if u have a separate check, they charge 20% on each check. I will only return to try the dessert, but other than that, I'll pass and check this place as done on my bucket list.

The food and atmosphere were good not great . $40 for a kiddie cocktail with suckers, not ideal for anyone. The server was busy talking to coworkers while the bus boys were working their tails off. No plates with appetizers, no straws with kid cups, and basically grabbing stuff off the bar myself to not create anymore chaos. The 20% automatic gratuity makes perfect sense why they don’t care. I’d suggest taking your kids to Dave and Busters across the way, save $100 and have a better overall experience.
