Went for my birthday there was no special dance or birthday celebration as they are known for they were out of most of their dessert ingredients and even as I was willing to substitute some ingredients they refused to serve that dish I was not able to eat anything I actually wanted and the management was pushy and rude to our server who was incredible Icyesse was amazing I hope she receives recognition for her hard work

I am disappointed I do not know where to start. I am going to make it short and straightforward. Our dinner started pretty well. Food came out fast. The food was okay. I told the waitress we were there to celebrate my 15-year-old birthday. Her name was Dynasty P. We ordered shakes for dessert, and this is where it went downhill. The first three shakes my birthday girl ordered they did not have. So she ordered something else at the same time as my other daughter. About 20 minutes later, my other daughter's shake came out wrong. After that shake was sent back, my birthday girl shake came out. I asked Dynasty at that time when are you guys going to sing Happy Birthday to the birthday girl. She said when the other shake came out, I told her the birthday girl would be finished by then. Forty minutes later, the shake that was made wrong came out, and guess what? They sang Happirt to the wrong daughter, and the lady singing Happy Birthday with Denasty even told her Happy Birthday. So the story gets worse because I order my mom to go food. That never came out within an hour after ordering it. I went to the restroom and outside because I was upset about the shake and waited so long on the to-go order. So I decided to talk to the manager he was nice but had to fix another problem. I then saw my kids and husband coming downstairs, and I was like you paid he said yes, and let's go. We waited for 1. 1/2 hours for three tacos. So he just walked out. Well, the manager never returned, and I was like we have work and school tomorrow. I got in the car and looked at the bill they charged us for tacos we never got, and they would not pick up their phone. I live over an hour away and can not just come back. I want my money for the tacos and my money back for the wrong shake, waiting for 45 minutes. The place was not even busy. This is so sad because this was like a test for my daughter's sweet 16 dinners, and they failed. My daughter told me we should have stuck to Texas Road House, Mom. I must say the greeter was super nice. let's see if anyone responds since they will not pick up the phone.Do not go!!

I took my grandbaby to the sugar factory for her and my birthday. We went in the middle of the day on a Friday with no reservation. The person greeting was very nice and seated us very quickly even though we didn’t have a reservation and her smile a personality made me think this was going to be great. My waitress was ver sweet and so was the trainee she had with her. But I was very disappointed when I asked for certain menu items a they were out. How are you out of things early on a Friday. The beginning of the weekend when I’m sure you have a good part of your business. No turkey burgers. No unicorn shake and many other things that were so much she had to write them on a list. I ordered the pork tacos. The meat was so dry and hard that I almost choked. I asked for some salsa and got a bowl of oil. My grandbaby got this cheese hamburger thingy where when you pick up the little metal bowl it’s supposed to release the cheese to cover the burger. The cheese was so thin it looked like a glaze. Once it hit the plate you couldn’t even see it anymore. Now I have to say I got the strawberry cheese cake shake and my baby had to settle with the caramel cheese cake shake. She is not a fan of brown chocolate so this was the only thing they had that wasn’t drenched in it, hence her wanting the unicorn one. I ended up sending the tacos back and just settling with the shake. The menu was limited due to limited stock. I looked at other people food to try to make a decision and was very disappointed. Oh yeah. I went to the rest room and it had no soap or tissue. Now why did I have to tell management this information when this is the same restroom their employees use. I was there 1.5 hours and saw an employee come out. So that means she didn’t have the essentials to clean anything. She just came out and did nothing about the supplies in the restroom. This place is too expensive to have such disappointments. I don’t know. If they know the hype of the drinks and shakes keep people coming back. And seeing the famous bd dance (which I was told you have to pay for) that is seen on social media performed that they can serve sub par food. If I EVER went back or would only be for the shake. None of the food looked as if I should cost as much as it does. Manager couldn’t even suggest a good replacement. I spent 80 dollars on two shakes and a hamburger. I didn’t care about the money. I was prepared to spend what I needed to make us have a good lunch. I was not prepared for everything else

We stopped by for lunch for my son’s bday and Austin was the highlight of the day! The food came out a little slow but overall my son enjoyed his bday and wants to return!

the worst service ever. Our food took over an hour and a half , we got two orders of loaded fries and got one and then took over an hour to bring the other order. After they brought HALF our food , 20 minutes later they told someone in our party that someone took their steak so they have to make it again, mind you our waiter miguel laughed when he told us that. We ordered 3 milkshakes, received 2 , and we didn’t ask about the 3rd one because we figured that it was gonna take longer , WHEN WE DID ask , it had already been 30 minutes since we got the other shakes, then we had to ask TWO MORE times for the shake , and he finally updated and told us that it would be out soon because they never made it. And before he told us they never made it he tried to gaslight us into thinking he did bring it. ALSO , they didn’t even have alfredo so the person who asked for steak , didn’t even get their first choice , and ALSO they said they didn’t have ribeye like an hour later and only had angus. and then they charged me 5 dollars more for the nutella banana milkshake I ordered , it said 15 on the menu and they charged me 20. The waiter NEVER once apologized and never updated us on our food UNTIL we asked. The waiter (miguel) also asked us to circle who ordered what on the receipt , cause he obviously couldn’t do it himself, cause why are we doing YOUR job? Also I don’t know if the owner or manager was the lady with the curly blonde hair , but she approached and asked us how we were , and when we told her the steak that they gave out to the wrong person hadn’t come out , she just walked away and never came back. and ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. I would understand if this was a weekend but it was monday night at 8 pm, and it was not packed. Honestly the worst experience i’ve EVER had at a restaurant , every persons order had something wrong with it. I also asked for ranch THREE (3) TIMES , and did a birthday party chant before they could get it to me. First and LAST time here. Horrible Service.
