Was passed through the line without being offered a chance to finish ordering the rest of my subs… Then was overcharged and not given the right stuff with our kids meal. AWFUL customer service, per usual for subway.
This place is a bust. I went here to try their new "Sidekicks", and not only was the service mediocre, but the food was way under my expectations. I felt like I basically wasted my money. The people preparing my food were really slow, they showed no urgency as the customers piled up behind me. Other than that they were pretty kind and I had no problem ordering. Just wish my experience was a little better. I probably will not return here. Their cookies the small circle ones are really good. But I haven't tried the footling cookie bar yet.
Attention Subway corporate, shut this place down. . Thankfully my aunt works for Michigan's health department and a complaint has be filed.
Worst Subway I’ve ever been to in my life. Ordered online to get my sandwich along with some vitamin D water. Didn’t have all my ingredients on the sandwich and then they had no vitamin D water for me to pick up. So to be a good sport I just decided to go ahead and pour myself a glass of Coke from the self serve dispenser. Apparently the Coke wasn’t even carbonated. The place looks like a dump. Spend about $100,000 to renovate and maybe this place will be halfway decent.
This used to be one of the best Subways around. But the last several years it's been the worst. Customer Service is very bad. They don't acknowledge your presence. The manager was unfriendly as well. They just seem annoyed when you come in.
One person behind counter made in/out time kinda long. Also have cut their available toppings down a lot. Still great food.
