The worst customer support ever! I placed an online order; when it was ready, the server moved it to the side and chose to serve the walk-in client before finishing my order.I was instructed to wait and that my order could not be canceled. Received no refund and was advised to contact Corporate because they don't have a manager.
They do not participate in promotions or take coupons. They felt no remorse when what i thought would be a 9$ meal turned into 18$ because they wouldnt accept my VALID COUPON. Do not eat here. Do not give this place your business.
I come here on occasion when I need something quick and I have to say, I love all the workers here! They are always so friendly and smiling, make sure you tip them! They deserve it

This is the first time I have visited this location, and I will be coming back. Your Employee Shahan is one of the kindest person I have met. He made our food with care and has the best customer service. Subway needs to hire more employees like him. 10/10 customer service.
