Store closed 1 hour early ridiculous. This isn't the first time either.

They are the worst. They have got my order wrong two times. Their cinnatwist nasty their pretzel nasty and both were hard as a brick . They have lost me . And my sandwich was wrong like last time when they made my seriously ill man sick

The subway on Cassidy is absolutely the best around the people there are so amazing very nice and my sub is always great

Fast service no issues

My online order wasn’t right. Cookies were stale .bread was crumbly and didn’t taste good. Very disappointed. Won’t be back

Manager seemed to be chewing a hunk of straight up dip!! Sandwich was inedible; took one bite and had to spit it out promptly, I couldn't even swallow it. None of the workers would talk to me at all during the process, so they got my order all messed up. Never again, was so gross and unsanitary too :( It wasn't nearly this bad in the fall...

Barly put anything on my sandwich literally wasted money !!! Girl had nasty attitude. As well, cheese was not melted and I asked for toast bread.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband and I ordered 2 footlongs, 1 BMT and 1 Spicy Italian. We received out pick up order and both sandwiches had NO. MEAT. Had bread, lettuce and dressing. I went to call and their number is disconnected. I want my money back.

They open at 10am. Got there at 10:30am & the door was still locked.

This place is a joke. Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup, got an alert the order was ready but when I got there they said they were out of the bread we ordered. So it wasn’t ready. Waited for my food, brought it home and found there was no meat on either of the sandwiches. Clowns. Don’t waste your money.
