Subway

I have been a Subway customer for years, and this place is the worst establishment I have ever known. I ordered online, I arrived for it and they made me wait in line to receive my order, I paid for a footlong of chicken and avocado, and it didn't have avocado and it had very little chicken. And on top of that they serve with reluctance, a terrible place, they need new employees. I demanded that they give me some avocado but they didn't want chicken. I pay $16 for this.

Food was fine. The employees were what made the experience a 2 star. The moment I went up to the counter to order the man taking my order clearly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He was making very little acknowledgment of my presence and would snap and clearly show signs of frustration when I would tell him what I wanted on my sandwich. Both the man working as well as the other employee were blatantly complaining about how corporate handled things with the establishment. While they are entitled to express their frustration, it was un professional to be expressing this kind of behavior while there are customers in the store. Made the experience not a good one since clearly the people working there didn’t seem to enjoy what they were doing.

Every single time we go here for lunch our experience is awful. The employees are rude and disrespectful and have no sense of customer service at all. The store is dirty and when signs are posted about a discount or anything along those lines they do not honor what it says and make up excuses otherwise. Now apparently they do not accept cash either and the lady was very rude about it because "there's too many credit cards now." We always try to give them a chance to prove our opinions wrong but they never do.

I was in there today while some adult child called to complain about his cold meatballs. That wasn't enough and he came to yell at the two young men working behind the counter. He challenged them to a fight and was completely out of line. The two young men working should be commended for their patience, considering how aggressive he was. He ran out of steam once he noticed me and my young son watching us make a _ss out of himself. Tool of the day. Good job fellas, keep being the pros you are.

The place is clean , and the employees are all ways nice to me when I come in Vegetarian options: It's a good place for vegetarian

The staff working here was amazing! This location doesn’t take many coupons apparently but the nice man behind the counter found another one. The sandwiches were delicious! I’d recommended this location to anyone

I love this location! I hadn’t eaten a subway in a long time as I typically go to Jersey Mikes, but this location is awesome. Now that they slice the meat in store I find the sandwiches are better and fresher. I like the #15 Titanic Turkey that automatically comes with extra meat. It is pricier than it used to be-what what isn’t. Look for coupons in the mail. They have an app now for rewards so it may be worth downloading if you eat at subway often.
