Good food good price!

Wow. I ordered online at my usual Subway, the one at 120th and Huron, checked out and paid, the payment went through. Imagine my surprise when I got to the store and it had closed? Like out of business closed? WTAF. Now I’ve ordered from this store, curbside pickup. I wait 10 minutes, then go there and wait for 30 minutes. Turned out they had made the sandwich, then ignored it. Great! I had to call them to get their attention. No excuse,

This is by far the worst subway I've visited in terms of cleanliness, inventory and employees. They desperately need corporate to come in and help fix this place. Always out of items! 4 out of the 10 drink choices are out, been out of some veggies almost each time I've been in and they only have 4 flavors for chips. The employees always seem super new and have complete lack of customer service more of the bare minimum variety. Tables are always dirty when I've come in. Right now there's no lid on top of the ice tea allowing whatever to get in there. This location is closer to my work but I'm done with this one and will choose a different place to eat now. This place needs leadership and direction. Spend your money somewhere else people.

Very disappointing. Out of bacon lettuce and spinach. Said they hadn’t had tea for two years. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before we stopped. Assumed it would be like most Subways and you know what assuming gets you. Obviously management isn’t doing their job!!!

Pass on this Subway and go to the next shop. On my recent visit, they had an iced tea machine out, but there was no tea in it. When I inquired, the employee told me they don't make tea because it would be wasted if nobody drank it.

Buyer Beware. I went in to pick up my subway app order after receiving a confirmation. I was told they never got it and they couldn’t prepare it or return my money. Great gig to charge for no service.

I have never, not even one time been able to order what I came in to order at this location. Always out of stock or didn’t bother to make it. Someone is lazy and incompetent. No reason food should run out, if a person knows how to order food. If you run out of things, that means you need to order more of it, so it lasts until the next order comes in. It’s not hard. They don’t bother with the soup in the winter. All I want from Subway on a cold day, is the soup. Subway has some of the best soup at a restaurant, but if someone is too lazy to do their job, they can’t sell any soup. Did I mention, I’ve never been able to buy the sandwich I wanted, because something is always out of stock or they didn’t make any. Worst Subway location in the country. Obviously ran by slackers who wish they didn’t have to have a job. I will never patronize this location again. Thank you for wasting my time and gas to drive there repeatedly. Here is a one star for your efforts. If I could give zero, I would give zero.
