All other subways I have been to have metal canopy over food section removed so custmers can see what is being served, however, this place had metal cover over meat section and I could not see what and how much meat is used for a sandwich. When I got home, I found out they only put two thin slices of meat for roast beef sandwich. CHEATERS!! MAKE sure to ask to remove metal canopy so you can see how much meat they are packing.
I came in to purchase a water bottle, and while in line, I overheard the lady behind me falsely claiming she was the first to arrive and complaining about the store staff's alleged neglect. Despite the staff's courteous handling of the situation, she continued to behave poorly and use offensive language. It's disheartening to see such respectful staff dealing with such rude customers.
Recently i have ordered tuna sub its was delicious and then people work in this store are very humble very pleased to interactive very humbled please visit this store and enjoy the subs Vegetarian options: Olives lattuse spinach green pepper

She made my subs perfect 3 of them, and was helpful when I asked her about a sauce I never tried, my husband is picky but he actually really enjoyed this one, thank you, reminder I was there at 3 pm noon, with big line after me and her attitude even then deserves 5 stars itself❤️ left her 20% tip she deserved
I did a online mobile order at the subway in the outlets. The manager was very nice. She called me just to confirm my order unlike the subway on alternate A1A in the Publix plaza. The manager was very rude and displayed signs of racism. I really appreciate it coming to the outlet and so happy that I got my food from there, instead of the subway on Alternate A1A. If you want a great mobile experience, please come to the subway in the Palm Beach Outlets.
I love going to this Subway for breakfast several times a week – it's become my go-to spot. The owner is fantastic; she remembers my order, greets me by name every time, and pays incredible attention to detail. It's not just me – even my wife, who wasn't a fan of Subway before, started enjoying it after meeting the owner. The store is consistently clean and well-stocked, and whenever I've asked for something specific, the owner is quick to help. The people and the service are just amazing – especially in the mornings!
If I could give a ZERO, I would. I had ordered from this Subway on September 23. I never received my order and they want to turn around and say that my Door Dasher picked up the order WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM FOR THE ENTIRE TIME. He never found the address because it’s not a full address and they never refunded me my money. Don’t waste your time and choose something better than this.
