I went to grab me lunch and the lady that’s currently working there did not greet me when I greeted her, I asked her if the food was fresh she sucked her teeth at me, while being on the phone, as I was trying to figure out what I want on my sandwich she tried to rush me and told me it doesn’t take that long to figure out what I want. I told her to give me a min she rudely took her gloves off and told me she will be in the back when I’m ready. I told her I would leave and rather spend my money else where. she said I wasn’t going to buy anything anyways and how I wasted her time. I never been treated like an animal and so rudely while being nice to a person. Cooperate need to get involve and look further into it. She was very unprofessional, talking over my food (not to me) on the phone & worst experience ever. I did went next door to chick fill-a and spent my money where I was wanted. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

The worst staff ever. I was having difficulty ordering online and she just told me to bad it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I tried again and nothing so I called to see if I can order it by calling because husband doesn’t speak English well and she told me that he had to come in because sometimes they prepare them and no one shows up ok I get that but my husband was outside the store I told her that. She told me he had to come in. So I send him a text with instructions on what he wanted and she didn’t want to see it. She wanted him to tell her and asking him where he’s from and asking why can he speak English and I my husband called me because he couldn’t get a word in. I’m on the phone trying to explain to him what to say and I can hear her just ignoring him and he’s there trying to say or add something to his order. It was the worst that has happened to us. We will never again go to this store it’s the worst. And this happened December 18 around 1:52pm. That’s when my husband called back and I was hearing everything she was saying. The worst that has ever happened. And for those who are going to ask yes my husband has his papers, he here legally he’s barely learning English. It was just the worst experience we have had ever.

Didn’t even have my online order … gave me all sorts of hassles by a very rude should be fired employee. Never again Subway. Never again. Your Saturday morning employee should be canned … total lack of customer service… who is suppose to be right???
