Took 30 minutes and 10+ phone calls to answer the phone. And once answered, answered very rudely and acted like I was a problem. Horrible costumer service and is not friendly.
Unfortunately, one of the worst subways I've visited. They don't accept coupons at this location (not a huge deal) as I understand "participating" locations. The card reader was down which I wasn't upset about, but the staff memeber who made my sandwich was rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. The woman working the register was preoccupied with a phone call. The sandwich prep wasn't up to par with other locations as well. Maybe travel on and find another location

No bathroom available. Had coupon 18.00 for 3 footlongs ended up paying 33.00. No coupons accepted. Took sandwiches to go they were great.
This was honestly the worst experience I could have had at this location. I came in and was not greeted, I had to resign into my subway app which took me a minute or two, so I was on my phone when I entered. But no one said a word to me. There was no one else in the location at this time. When I was ordering the associate failed to mention an extra charge for avocado. I assumed that there would be, every other time I’d gone to a Subway there was one but they always let me know and told me how much it was, never more than $1. But even sometimes being on a budget, I would take it off to save money. Well today the associate did not say anything, I had forgotten to ask about it. When my sandwich was done I ordered a drink and a cookie as well. There was another associate at the register, counting the money in it. I waited a few minutes before she finally said “Just go get your drink “ which I found very rude. She could’ve said something along the lines of “I’m so sorry for the wait, if you’d like feel free to go ahead and grab your drink while I finish up” but instead it was short and rude. Then when she finally finished after about 5 minutes of waiting she rand me up. I noticed her add the avocado. $3 for avocado!!! Are you serious! I’d have definitely taken it off after that, but it was already on my sandwich! Then when I went to scan my app, after she didn’t even ask if I was going to, she told me I was using the wrong machine, again being rude in her tone. I told her I was using the app to scan and she got irritated and told me that I should have told her. Like okay every other location I go to, associates take pride in there work and use the scripts provided by the company. Like “There is an additional charge for avocado, it’s …. Would you still like it?” Or “will you be paying with our app today?” This was honestly an awful visit. Subway, do better. Someone get a district manager over here and show her how to keep her composure and use the scripts. Not come after paying customers for not reminding her to do her job.
I have always visited the different Subway locations and regularly the people who work there are very nice but today I went to the sycamore location in Vista and I very kindly made the order to the employee but she had a very negative, rude and aggressive attitude , she wanted to sell me the sandwich that she wanted and with the ingredients that she wanted, she did not allow me to choose what I would like my sandwich to have, someone should call attention to that kind of negative and rude employees, I hope that someone does something about it
2nd time going to this location. I recently moved here. I'm sure I will be getting sandwiches here a lot. ☺️

Went there a couple days ago very slow service 11:00 a.m. only one person on duty the other one was eating their lunch I guess
