Always clean and sandwiches were delicious. Friendly staff.

Every time I come it something, out of everything, no staff, poor service, app said order was ready but wasn’t when I arrived. Was told the store doesn’t control the app. I hope they close and put something better here or get better management. I walk in today employee doesn’t even greet says there is a line but no one standing there. So I was confused and the employee look lost too then I realized the other guest sitting were waiting to order. All you have to do is say “Hey I’m working on an online order then I still need to take the guest order sitting right there. It will be a bit of a wait.” Basic communication skills lacking. I have talked to cooperate about this location but they, didn’t care, franchise doesn’t care or they would ensure their investment is being as efficient as possible. Valencia and cardinal location is the spot I guess.

Apparently the new owner does not offer any of the subway deals no five dollar foot longs no deal of the day I paid 7.50 for a six inch sandwich.

The time before the last time they didn't have any tunafish for the subs but other than that they were OK. Kid-friendliness: Every time I was in there , there was kids with their parents.

Aren't servers supposed to change gloves every time they touch register and door handles apparently not mine and please replace broken hand towel dispenser it's been broken ever since I came to ur place and we need to see our meats why are u hiding them behind an iron curtain geez

We walked in and it was busy! But the three that were working handled it great and got us all are food in a timely matter!! They were nice and polite!

I paid with EBT and was treated very well. Respectful and no questions when I stated my very specific order due to advanced stomach and intestinal disease. Unlike the McDonald's at Ajo and Kinney when I asked if they took EBT and was treated as if I had the plague.

I was trying to order on my phone.got stuck. The lady at register help me figure out the Web site..she was soooo helpful.an I ordered the beast.it was awesome..really happy.will order again soon..
