Good outlet. We landed in last minute but the staff was accommodating. Got good recommendations and quick service. Vegetarian options: Staff is super helpful in suggesting vegetarian options. You can even customise the subs to exclude meat. Parking: There’s a large parking centre on the corner of the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Not too accessible. Difficult to get in.
Often only one staff member during the lunch rush, and it's usually the same staff member with all the reviews about her. Service takes forever.
I asked for the washroom to use she denied and told me washroom is not working with very rude way but I saw someone was using the washroom. She is raciest that’s why she didn’t allow me to use it
It was the worst experience the lady that was working there was so rude. She was training another girl at the time and I don’t think she’s the one that should be doing that. She didn’t even give me a bag and napkins at the end. Other customer in the store were also noticing her attitude. She didn’t even spread my tuna.. and also she toasted my sub with my lettuce in it.
Again i visited this place but this the experience was not pretty much good. The boy working there at first he was being calm and supportive but as soon as I ordered a second sub from there he was behaving like an arrogant and I was wanting a sub with my choice of sauces but he was not listening to me so whosoever reading this if you encounter this boy make sure you have atleast loud voice that can supress his attitude.
There are two ladies serving us. Very much disappointed by the service, firstly they don’t greet to any one, while we and other customers came. Looking at us like nonsense and in between talking in their own language. When we asked for using washrooms they spoke like they only allow their customers. We are about to give order but they haven’t ask for any thing, we are standing there for more than couple of minutes though they haven’t responded. We thought to have dinner here but then looking at their behaviour we just order one sub. Never gonna visit this place again. they need to learn customer service, I am not writing this vaguely but even I am belonging to food industry and I know how to treat customers.
The lady who is working is not behaving nice with the customer and not even answering properly
If the management sees this, you guys are freaking dumb to let 2 employees in the store to handle everything on the new year's eve !!
Good service, clean place and I want to give compliment to the guy who made our sandwiches tonight. I forgot his name and hope they received a 100% of the tip.
