Need more than 1 person working

Sandwich was great. The lady that made my sandwich was also great. It was really busy.

My fiance and I went into subway 10 minutes before close and from the moment we walked in the guy working was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience.. then when we were leaving we noticed our receipt said we were charged for two cookies which one we didn't ask for cookies and two we didn't want cookies so when we came back and told him what happened he was like what two cookies do you want and we said we don't want cookies and so then he refunded us and was Rude the entire time snatched the recipient from my finances hand and tried saying it was the wrong one which it wasn't and threw it away and my fiance asked for it back and he got snappy "one second" he said then my man was like you dont have to give me no punkass attitude and he like paced back and fourth and said what you gonna do and when we were leaving he came out and was trying to throw hands with my man this amazes me how someone so unprofessional with no customer service skills can even work for a place like that .. definitely not a good experience..

Staff was friendly but slow.

Pros: The line regardless of what time of day has always been smooth sailing. This establishment has also always been clean and well kept everytime I have gone in there as well. Cons: Though fast and efficient, the young employees could at least try and look up at you here and there while you are talking to them. And maybe even try crackin'a smile once in awhile instead of looking down all the time like they don't want to be there. But other then that, cool beans ...

This is a really good subway. I have eaten here many times. The food is always good. The restaurant is always clean and the people are always friendly.

Ordered thru the mobile app and all instructions missed. Kids.
