Subway

I made an online order at 5:40pm went in to pick it up at 6:00pm and sat there for another 40 minutes before they made my order. I contacted Subway via email through the website to request a refund, it auto forwards to the Manager and she apologized and told me I had to go in the next day to receive my refund. I went in and she had left early. I emailed her directly with no response for 2 days so I sent another email via the website. She responded to that saying she would “try” to get my refund. There’s been no response or communication and it’s been 2 weeks now.. Clearly Subway has stopped caring about their customers and by the many other negative reviews here they certainly don’t care about how their stores are being run.

They've cut way back on their meat on their steak sandwich I could have read a book through my sandwich very week on the toppings cucumber and tomatoes were wilted it's pathetic

Um I knew where I was going when I decided to grab a sub BUT, I didn’t know subway and particularly this location had gotten so bad from eating subway 25 yrs ago as a kid, teenager and then college. It was clear the employee helping me wasn’t trained well enough to know that if the sandwich bread breaks off and half of it crumbles you should get another piece of bread. Employee placed meat that was not meat I asked for on there because it fell into the turkey bin which leads to the next observation that items were not stocked or looked like they were not prepped with care on appearance so food was in different bins it wasn’t tidy and there was no line = downtime to tidy up and clean the area that people eat from. I’m just really amazed (not in a good way) that people who own and people who work don’t care that much. Very nice employee just not trained well. And sandwich was a mess because the bread was a mess before she even got started. I don’t really think that sandwich tasted like it should even for being Subway.

Havent even left the parking lot yet wanted to make sure i sent this in. I Understand working fast food been there done that myself. But after each item, rushing me. What else? What else what else? And then I ask for something extra. And she put one extra jalapeno. No I wanted an extra serving. And ask her for the second time she put 2 jalapenos. I wasn't gonna ask again very rude. If you don't like your job, don't work here. There's plenty of people waiting in line to work here. The problem is the people, not Subway. It's the people they hire and keep on. That should not continue to work here..

I came in for dinner and as soon as I walked in the girl behind the counter rudely said “it’s gonna be a while bc I have to make 6 sandwiches”. Honestly I would have waited if she had just said hello first. It was just rude and made me feel like a burden on her so I just turned around and left. Won’t be back.

This subway is no good the manager wouldn’t allow my son to eat a burrito from Taco Bell, while I ordered a subway meal and was going to eat it there, and the way she talked to us was ridiculous, no customer service what so ever.

Got delivery from here, driver was super fast, 15 min from ordering to getting it. Meatball marina was awful though. Sandwich was completely cold with the cheese like it was out of the freezer, obviously no one toasted it. 0 care in making my sandwich, wont order or go here.

No meat! The sandwiches here scrimp on meats and tunas I felt like I was just eating bread. Other subways do better.

This taste like skibbidi toilet Ohio. Like gyatt Rizzing baby gronk (as the kiddoday )
