Worst subway experience I have ever had. The person serving me seemed genuinely upset that I was ordering a sandwich. She threw my food onto the bread argued with me about how much of each vegetable I was allowed to put on my sandwich. I was genuinely shocked at just how miserable and unhappy they were to be working. Try another location as this one has the absolute worst customer service around.
Walked out without ordering. After watching how rude the girl was to the man in front of me I decided to just leave. As I walked out the same lady stared daggers at me? I live close by and had a bad experience last time I went but thought I would give it one more try because I like Subway sandwiches.
Do not go to this location and avoid going there! I would have give it 0 stars, as it is the worst service ever! I ordered 2 tuna footlongs from the app to pick up. When an Asian lady working had bad and rude attitude, while she ignored me. Which started when I told her that I placed an order, but she said they do not have it in their system. Even though I already placed it before I come in, but she still does not have it and literary ignored me. That is when she started to have bad and rude attitude towards me. She also tells me that I cancel the order to get the money back. However, right when I walk out, my order ended up being placed on the shelf. She did not even tell me that they left my order on the shelf at all. How rude of her not telling me to check my order on the shelf. And that location does not even post a pick up sign from the app either. Made me wasted 5-10 minutes inside over there. Never going to that location again.
I would definitely recommend going here as the employees and sandwiches are very good.
