Subway

Pricing is crazy, but the staff was great friendly good tones and very respectful to not only me but to subway and themselves. I don’t do subway regularly but if you gonna go.. THIS is the location. It was a male and a female working I didn’t get names. But thank you for a good FOOD experience!

The young man at the front counter scowled at me when I walked in like work was the last place he wanted to be. I should have taken that as a red flag and exited the building because it got worse from there. Following an unenthusiastic “hello” he started working on my sandwich. Apparently, he either doesn’t know or care about food safety and/or contamination because for no reason at all he laid the meat for my sandwich on the bare counter then slapped it on my sandwich. I asked if I could get new meat, that hadn’t been placed on the counter and his attitude got even worse. From there, he didn’t do anymore talking and just blankly stared at me when the sandwich came out of the toaster instead of asking if I wanted toppings. I understand everyone has a bad day but this was just rude.

Subway food value has gone down hill. I still eat there sometimes though.

Employee not too much friendly. I order online with a instructions for them to read but the young lady seem didn’t read and just do it like normal.

Great service

I wish they would fix their beverage and ice dispenser for that reason I have to give 1 star. This machine has been down since before thanksgiving 2023 about 2 months now may have been September. Please get this fix subways. I guess I’ll be supplying my own drinks. Until they fix it.

Walked in and was told to hold on because they have a lot of online orders. Poor customer service. Helped the customers that comes in then finish up the online order. It wasn’t even busy inside. End up leaving. Maybe hire more people or more people on that shift. Poor management needs to figure that out.

They always get my order wrong online and there was hair in the sandwich this time! I will not be ordering from this location any longer!
