I wish I could get 0 star very bad customer service and bad staff
Completely understaffed. Went in at 8PM and was denied service because they had only one employee working and was "on break" and his relief never showed up for their shift.
When they have someone working here that knows what they are doing, the food is fresh and service is excellent... last week I received that 5-star service. Unfortunately, they are often understaffed during lunch and dinner rush time frame and/or the folks working there are so blatantly miserable and lazy that the food is brown, spoiled, rotten, or just not fresh. I have learned to go in and check the food freshness and see who's working before ordering, and im always prepared to get Mexican food next door if the sandwich food is browning. I only keep trying because when it's good, it's really really good!
I feel bad for the young mexican guy that works there, he was understaffed, but did the best he can . It was super busy , while the Iraqi girl insisted on being on break . 5 stars for the guy I star for the girl
I tried to get some sandwich and the lady behind the counter tried to change my order several times, she try to offer me another sandwich, one of the new ones and I explained to her why I don't was interested in that but she don't understand, and she charges me the toast of the sandwich, maybe that's new, she's nice but she's just trying to sell what she wants, not what the client wants
I'm always happy when I get anything from Subway.
