Subway

Decided to get a sub using a coupon that is mailed on a regular basis. Taped to glass on the topping cooler was a torn piece of paper (very small) saying "no coupons". I asked why...the response was "owners not doing this month'. Sooo...they would rather I walk away and give them no business vs. give a discount and make a sale! ....which is what I did. No wonder they had no business.Btw..the second employee was sitting at customers tables on his phone. This was a friday evening and the three fast foods next to them were extremely busy. I won't ever return.

Upon entering the store I saw a black male eating in the back with gloves on. There was another lady helping someone. The black male walked out and ask to help me. I was a little taken back because he did not change his glove he’s waiting for me to order. I asked him to change his gloves which he did and then he proceeded to take my order he puts my sandwich into the toaster and walk back to where he came from eating before, and at that point it was rude and disrespectful I know he went back there to eat with the same gloves and I just didn’t want to keep going through that with him. I cxl my order and left.

Twice I’ve come to this Subway in the am when they were supposed to be open. BOTH TIMES they were not open because the openers were late. The first time I watched them enter 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Today it’s 12 minutes past opening and they are just now setting up.
