Sandwich was poorly made and we ordered specific cookies and they sent ones with nuts in them and my husband has a severe nut allergy. Not impressed for the cost.

Always a great place to eat and great for families too....... highly recommend.

No professionalism, lady doing veggies was making very rude comments towards the customer ahead of us. Simply went in for 2 pretzels which sat for 10 to 15 minutes after being cooked. When asked if we could have them remade, she again was very rude. Some of the crew can’t handle fast pace environments

Store is so inefficiently run and managed it's laughable. Manager wrestling with the safe with a line to the door.... 2 employees working a Saturday rush at high noon.. Absolutely ridiculous.

Your dasher Cliff delivered my order without my drink. I called and asked for him to go get my drink or get my money back and he said he can’t do anything about it to call the store. i can’t even speak to a real person when i call so i’m expecting my money back or a redelivery for my overpriced drink.

Not super impressed with the service at the Subway location next to Grease Monkey. I placed an online order and when I showed up for pickup, they hadn't even started making the order. I placed the order a half hour ahead and the store was empty save for one other person seated in the lobby, and I showed up at the pickup time. The sandwich didn't have the avocado which I had paid extra for, and the employees were very casual. The two kids up front were pretty obnoxious in their flirting with each other with the girl calling across the store doing so while poking fun at my order (don't think she realized it was mine that was being made). I'd probably still give the store another shot, but wouldn't trust online ordering since it didn't save me any time and I'd have to stand and watch it being made to ensure it was done correctly. Definitely not worth leaving any sort of tip for.

We ordered a chicken bacon ranch a tuna sub and a cold cut and all 3 sandwiches were terrible honestly the new store is way worse than the old store. Super disappointed in the subs and I won't be spending my money here ever again.
