The fact that they’d charge $11+ for a mediocre six inch turkey sandwich (no chips or drink or side) then ask for a tip on the credit card machine is just ridiculous

My son who ALWAYS pays and eats SUBWAY regularly went into this subway close to Santa Monica Pier today after running 4 miles and doing 100 pushups and asked this Lady at the counter for a glass of water and she frowned at him and told him "NO!" Can you imagine someone being that heartless to a faithful customer? Some people do not know the Lord Jesus Christ at all and also do not care one bit about humanity.

Terrible employees. The service here is VERY disorganized and I had to stand there waiting for the 2 employees to make 3 other people's sandwich before I was allowed to pay for mine that was just sitting there. Employees, specially the female that was there today have a massive attitude problem. They clearly don't want to be working there and that reflects on how they treat customers. Portions are extremely small compared to every other subway I have gone to. The oven is not to correct temp either. It can barely melt the cheese let alone toast the bread that is stale the past 2 times I have ate here. The massive thic plexiglass window makes it impossible to understand the workers there and you have to repeat yourself after having them repeat themselves. They mumble and couldn't care less about you. Do NOT go to this location.

They add so little portions on sandwich not like any other subway for the price they charge the workers have attitude the worst customer service who training and hiring this people please use a speaker to hear all that money you guys charge on sandwiches and have your workers yelling as I was eating there about 4 customers complain

Cibo buono. La signora è stata molto gentile dal momento che, nonostante mancasse poco alla chiusura, ha comunque soddisfatto il nostro ordine con pazienza (non ovunque è facile comunicare nonostante si parli in inglese accettabile). Il locale ha pochi posti a sedere essendo un locale piccolo ma il panino è facile da mangiare anche da asporto o in piedi.
