Subway

Went in to order and asked if they had a restroom the younger gentleman there in a rude manner stated no you have to buy something and I said yeah I'm not just going to come in to use the restroom and he went on to make a comment on me possibly tagging on the wall in the restroom. I will never go to this subway again and walked away, as customer service he needs to be cautious in the manner in which he directs himself to customers!!! Very disrespectful

No dressing. less meat inside. Vegetables too.This is really the worst.

The only Subway I have encountered so far that prohibits customizing sandwiches. It's so frustrating and just had it happen for the second time here, not planning on coming back to this location. For those who don't know- you cannot order any sandwiches off the menu and change anything. If you want to make any alteration, you have to order the whole thing as a custom sandwich and pay extra. I literally wanted to remove veggies and they said that means it has to be custom, meaning I pay extra because the original menu item has bacon and ham. I'm getting charged for removing items. I think this is a decision from the branch owner, ridiculous.

Very clean restaurant and in immaculate condition. Staff was super friendly and incredibly quick! Food was fresh and tasted great.

Well here we go again 8/12/2023 , my taste buds wanted Foot Long Turkey Sandwich and Salsa Chips so i made way to 3725 S. Bristol St, and to my surprise I see Team Player Maria and her partner , what caught my eyes and smells are that this Subway Restaurant is Clean and the Vegetables were green and ripe, however though being that Covid -19 is on the rise in 4 states, California being one of them ,Maria is using her Mask again (with all of these Human Beings coming to California who knows what they are bringing ?) The service at this Exceptional Subway is to my liking clean and fresh ,thanks to Ms. Maria and her team Player and the Cali fresh turkey sandwich and Salsa chips satisficed my hunger pains . And thank you for keeping updated with this new covid strain that is amongst us, keep that positive attitude Maria and ( let the Haters do their Job) very Clean subway restaurant that does follows Covid-19 protocols in place, thank you subway . Also both employees have Happy and Pleasant attitudes, thank you Thee Counselor This is a follow up to this unique Subway restaurant, at 3725 South Bristol, Santa Ana, ca. This is by far the cleanness Subway and thanks to Ms. Maria, I ate here last night 09/12/2023 and on my way now. The counselor Parking: Huge parking lot for whoever may want to purchase a tasty Footlong or whatever may be inside your mind! Wheelchair accessibility: There is present Handicapped ramp and walk way for those with challenges.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. MARIA made it a hard time for me to order my subway the way I order it. I asked to replace the salami with pepperoni and she said she couldn't because she follows the rules! Never heard of such a thing. She charged me extra to replace one meat with another. Maria doesn't know I'm allergic to salami. In fact, I've ordered my subway from this location plenty of times and no one has made such a big deal. I hope MARIA does her job properly next time.

Dirty place, caution eating here, bathroom doors, kids high seats, signs are disgusting, food ok not too fresh.

I visited this location right after a show at the Segerstrom. I hadn’t been to a subway in years, but this was the only place open after 10pm. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The whole process was quick. I ordered the Veggie Patty. The girl who helped me, Yesenia or Yasmin, was really nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. The sandwich was delicious and came loaded with veggies. I love that they are open late. Parking is ample lot parking. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
