Always a favorite for me. Nice clean store with kind people working . I love their veggie patty sandwich in fresh baked bread. Ordered 3 sandwiches for pickup through the Subway app. All three of the sandwiches were missing an ingredient and one was to be toasted but was not. I went in imeadiatly to ask for the sandwich to be toasted and the server was just going to put the whole thing with produce in the oven. I ask to have the ingredients removed and toasted but She did not understand. I ask the other server if I could get another made he refused. I asked for it back and left. It wasn't until I was home that I noticed the others were missing ingredients in adition to the one I had. I understand sometime things are missed, but, the whole point of the app is to create a listed receipt for each sandwich, so things don't get missed. I contacted Subway, through the app, and got a rather lamb attempt at an apology and not even a coupon for another visit. Won't be going back!
