Every time my partner and I order here they don’t put fresh Mozerrella even when we pay for it. It’s been twice they put shredded Mozerrella. Went in yesterday and forgot the pretzel of our order and we both got sick to our stomachs. The only reasons we came here was out of convenience.

The employees here really need to be trained on customer service. They are rude and do not know how to speak to customers. I hope the owner reads these reviews.

Rough service. Maybe that’s why they got their glass bashed in. Will try to avoid because they treat customers rudely and in a rushed and impatient way. Servicio brusco. Quizás por eso les rompieron el vidrio. Trataré de evitarlo porque tratan a los clientes de manera grosera y con prisa e impaciencia.

This was my previous review. I tried them again and things had gotten better so I updated my review. ×× The sandwiches were supposed to be toasted neither was. Someone should be on duty that speaks and reads English. App special orders can't be processed correctly if no one can read the instructions.

Really bad service. Won’t go there again.
