Subway

I've tried to give this location a chance, but both times I've ordered an online pickup, my orders were wrong. The first time, my club sandwich was missing mayonnaise. Second time, I placed an order for two different 6 inch subs, but received only one.

Best subway! There was a long line and one of the workers (im assuming she was a manager) was very appreciative and then gave me a free cookie for the wait. Made my day!

I put mobile order in order to not wait and i was at store and i asked the employee(!) if she could make my order ready and she was rude and showed my bill and the time to pick saying its 10:40 u have to wait your order; i told her theres still 18 mins ahead and theres nobody at store. She started aggressively acted then i got mad. Then she started to prepare my order. Before finishing my order she started the another order. My mom asked her if she could finish our first. Then she said i can get my money back if i dont want to wait rudely. I waited another 10 mins she s able to finish my refund. The worst part, the owner showed up, i was explaining the issue and asked 2 or 3 times him to check the security cameras and he didn't even listen and told " i belive in her, leave and dont come back again " my mom and me was shocked. Wow!!! What a customer value(!) bravo...
