I ordered online and picked the time to pick it up. I received a message saying my order was done for pick to which I was not even close to being there. But once I arrived come to find out my order was not ready. It took a few minutes but the young man finally found it and was glad to help me. I am glad I was late and it wasn't ready for the employees was superb
Screwed up multiple sandwiches on a delivery order. Missing toppings and basic request. They won’t even cut you footlongs. Number on bottom of receipt to provide feedback doesn’t even go to anyone attached to the store. Avoid this store at all costs.
Haidar is a very nice and very customer service oriented. We were amazed at his memory regarding what we like. We like him a lot!!
Ordered online. Old bread and ingredients. Made my whole family sick. Maybe even food poising. Disgusting and disappointing.
I really hope something changes here. This is some of the slowest, most disinterested service I’ve had, especially for a “fast food” establishment. No sense of urgency in the work.
Writing this review for the owner/manager. You cannot legally allow your employees to forfeit their government mandated break! The person that helped us told us that they were alone til close and that they had to figure out how to take their 30 minute break. They called the person in charge who had just left and they were told to close the store to take their break but were written up last time they did that. Not only are you breaking the law, because I’m sure these workers aren’t taking there 10 minute breaks either, you are creating an unsafe environment by leaving people to close alone. And if you reprimand or fire the employee that said these things I hope they sue you for violating labor laws and retaliation you slave driver!
I went in about 8:20pm to get a sandwich and a customer and employee told me that they were the last customer and they were closing. On the door and online they were open until 9pm. That's not how you run a business. I don't recommend anyone go to the Navajo location.
absolutely the worst subway visit i have ever had. the employees were miserable, one was talking on the phone to a friend ignoring anyone coming in while the other very clearly didn’t want to be there and made it the customers fault. they basically had everything closed down like it was 10 minutes to close when there’s at least two hours to go, everything about the situation was unprofessional and just all around disappointing. 0/10, will not be coming back
Fresh, best subway I have had in a long time. Prices are higher than last visit, but sandwiches were great.
Always a long wait. Only 1 worker on a Monday night at 4 PM and again on Sunday night They take online orders before in line customers I wish there was another one close this is the worst
